Sheet metal fabricaziune is the process of forming and producing parts from a metal sheet. Sheet metal fabricaziune processes produce highly durable components well-suited for both funcziuneal prototypes and end-use producziune. Procesul include de obicei 4 etape - tăierea, formarea, asamblarea și tratarea suprafeței.

-Procesul de tăiere

We offer various cutting opziunes with thickness ranged from 1mm to 150mm, this includes oxygen cutting with a maximum thickness capacity of 150mm for carbon steel. We also offer plasma cutting, laser cutting, water jet cutting, wire cutting, shearing, and/or die-cutting, we may also use punching for holes. Laser cutting is the preferred opziune for cutting sheets, it’s speed and precision guarantees spectacular results. With thicker materials, plasma cutting may be favorable for it’s speed. This method is normally used when the material thickness is over 10mm.

-Procesul de formare

Procesul de formare include în mod tipic îndoirea, formarea presei hidraulice cu matriță, perforare și frezare. Natura designului pieselor determină metoda utilizată. Debavurarea este o procedură esențială înainte de sudare și asamblare.

-Asamblare

For sheet metal fabricaziune, the main process of assembling is welding. Fixtures need to be pre-designed and made to ensure a product with no distorziune after welding. Some areas require milling after assembling. A set of test gauges are pre-developed for quality inspecziune,ensuring the complete funcziuneality of the product.

-Tratament de suprafață

The normal surface treatment process for sheet metal fabricaziune products include electrophoresis (KTL), powder coating, painting, and zinc plating. For large products like chassis, painting is widely used whereas for middle size parts, the KTL process is preferred. 

Pentru toate tratamentele de suprafață, oferim teste de aderență a stratului de acoperire, grosime și ceață de sare sau alte teste care trebuie efectuate la cerere.

Anodizarea este disponibilă cu materiale din aluminiu.

Oțel ușor, oțel inoxidabil, cupru, alamă, aluminiu și oțel aliat.

-Capacitatea mașinii

Mașină de presat hidraulică de 1.200 tone, mașină de ștanțat de 800 tone, grosime de tăiere a materialului de până la 150 mm pentru tăierea oxigenului, 60 mm pentru tăierea cu plasmă și 25 mm pentru tăierea cu laser. Dimensiunea maximă a piesei: 2.000 * 1.500 mm

-Other specificaziunes

Capable in designing and developing necessary tools for sheet metal fabricaziune including forming dies, fixtures for welding, and test gauges for mass producziune QC. CMM is available for sample dimensional inspecziune. Surface treatment includes KTL, powder coating, painting (Walspar), and zinc plating. PPAP documents are available upon request.
